Henry Jimenez
Latin Percussionist from Mayaguez, Puerto Rico. Conga Drums, and Timbales.
A composer/arranger, percussionist and bandleader of the number-one Salsa Band in San Diego, and North County, California.
His band performs in all the major festivals in Southern California including "Gator by the Bay, Chula Vista Harbor Fest, and Old Town Cinco de Mayo."
Manny hails from San Juan, Puerto Rico. He played "The Show of Vigoreaus, WAPA TV Channel 4 in Puerto Rico, and the Jose Luis Monero Orchestra."
Manny is a retired Enlisted Bandmaster in the US Navy Band, and performed with the premiere United States Navy Band, Washington, DC as their primary Timpanist.
Selected to be a Percussionist and Timpanist of the World Youth Symphony, Interochen, Michigan at the age of 18 and awarded a schorlarship to Illinois State University Music Program.
He released his first CD Production in 2014, called "Roots/Raices," and on 2017 he was Latin Grammy Nominated for his CD Production "Padre Querido" Salsa/Fusion Cathegory.
